RD3DP Get Lokus

Help

Refund policy.

If Lokus won't work for you, you get your money back. Here is how it works.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

The short version

If Lokus won't run on your computer and we can't fix it together, you get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Bought it twice by mistake? That's refunded too.

How to ask for a refund

Email rd3dp.support@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Payhip receipt, so I can find the order.

Tell me what went wrong: what you see, and your computer (Windows or Linux, how much memory, which graphics card if any). Most problems are a setting or a missing piece that takes a few minutes to sort out, and I'll help you get there first.

If it still won't work on your setup, I refund you in full. You don't have to prove anything or run tests you don't want to run.

What isn't covered

Because Lokus is software you keep, a refund is for Lokus not working for you, not for changing your mind after using it. The free Ollama AI engine and the AI models are made by other people and aren't part of the purchase; a slow model on older hardware is something we can usually fix by picking a smaller one.

What happens next

I issue the refund through Payhip, back to the payment method you used.

A refund ends the license that came with the purchase, so please uninstall Lokus afterwards. See the license terms.

After 14 days

The window is 14 days from the date of purchase. If you're past it and having trouble, email me anyway. I'd rather help you get Lokus working than leave you stuck.

Physical products

I don't sell hardware yet. When physical orders launch, they'll get their own shipping and returns terms.
